Shelly Rewinkle
Shelly Rewinkle opened the doors to Grand in 2004 with a vision of creating a fun, hip and energetic salon dedicated to individual style and seamless customer service. A California native and longtime Denver resident, Shelly brings her warm personality and passion for customer care to Denver’s favorite young style boutique.

Shelly has worked in the beauty industry since 1989. Prior to opening Grand, Shelly’s career took her to Denver’s Oxford Club, Luxe and Crush salons. Her expert training in cut, color and relaxers comes from Aveda, Phytologie, Bumble & bumble, American Crew and MOP.

Shelly and her staff believe that each client’s experience is vital to the success of Grand Salon: every client, every day. From a stress-melting shampoo and scalp massage, to an open and insightful stylist consultation, to the slammin’ final result … the Grand staff is dedicated to client über-happiness.

Jessica’s career path was influenced at an early age by her mother and her grandmother, who were both hairdressers. Her training began in 1997 at Denver’s Aveda Institute. Since then she has trained and worked at several local salons, and has happily found a home at Grand. She’s received education and training from Toni & Guy, Schwarzkopf, L’Oreal, and American Crew. “I’ve always worked at salons that encouraged team building, set goals and had good morals,” she says. “As a result, I’ve always felt like family with my co-workers.”

Rebecca Jarboe
Rebecca’s passion for hairstyling began at a very early age, styling her Barbies’ hair alongside her favorite aunt. (They all had beautiful up-dos.) Later, in beauty school, Rebecca remembers, “I knew I had something special when my instructor wanted me to cut her hair.” Rebecca’s first boss, who hailed from Paris, was a great inspiration and taught her the true art of hairstyling. Since then, her career has led her to world-class cities, with education through Vidal Sassoon, Yosh, Vivienne Mackinder and many others. Over the years, she has been a hairstylist and make-up artist for video, television, and countless photo shoots, working with some of the best artists in the industry. She also teaches cut and color classes through various assistant programs.

Leah Remacle
Leah joined Grand Salon in 2010 after 8 years as a stylist in Omaha, Nebraska. She chose Grand for the vibrant energy she found coursing through the salon, and for the vast range of looks created each day — from corporate sleek to hipster/punk.  Leah studied in New York at the Matrix academy for color, and does it all when it comes to hair. But she may have a bit of an edge when it comes to working with curly, thick hair (Takes one to know one, right?). "Hair is your best accessory," she says.  You said it, sister.

Anne Marie Wilson
Anne Marie moved to Denver from northern California in 2009. She just couldn't get used to the ho-hum office settings of her first post-college jobs, so she jumped into an industry that she says truly suits her.  Vidal-Sassoon-educated, Anne Marie is continually seeking ongoing education in color and style. She enjoys building relationships with people, and loves the challenge and inspiration represented in every new head of hair she meets.

Kathryn Tighe
“Thank you for calling Grand Salon. This is Kathryn. How may I help you?” Kathryn grew up in Denver helping with her family’s business, managed a restaurant after high school, and is now happy to spend her days at Grand Salon. “I love watching people enter our door feeling maybe a little blah and leaving feeling pampered and beautiful,” she says. Whether it’s booking your next appointment, sharing product advice or feeding your parking meter, Kathryn keeps the Grand machine going!

Corinne Denning
After moving north from the Rio Grande, Corinne finally found home in Denver.  With a mother who's a hairdresser and a father who's an amazing artist, Corinne has always had a hitch for hair and art. Being a receptionist at Grand Salon has kept her close to her passions. Currently apprenticing to be a tattoo artist, Corinne has kept her horizons open for never-ending education and adventure.  She credits Denver's vibrancy and Grand's staff of "wonderful, strong women" as some of her life's lucky pennies.  "If I’m not at Grand or the tattoo shop, I’m outside enjoying all that Colorado has to offer," she says. "You can’t spell Colorado without RAD."
